Return Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging)
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Additionally, a return request will only be processed if the customer completes and returns the mandatory return form provided by our company. Without this completed form, no return will be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at contact.drivly@gmail.com
If your return request is approved:
- You will receive a mandatory return form that must be completed and sent back to us
- No return will be accepted without this completed document
- You will be provided with the return address in Switzerland (exact details will be communicated after approval)
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who is also accountable for ensuring the safe delivery of the merchandise. The customer must provide a certified tracking number from the shipping company and send it to us within 48 hours of shipment.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact.drivly@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
