1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery via USPS takes approximately 7-9 business days from the date of dispatch.
During peak seasons, slight delays may occur. Rest assured, Sarah and James will proactively keep you informed every step of the way.
2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer FREE shipping with USPS tracking on all orders across the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required. What you see is what you pay.
3. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

4. WHAT IF I ENTERED INCORRECT DETAILS?
Mistakes happen, don't worry. Contact us immediately at contact.drivly@gmail.com and Sarah or James will do everything possible to update your information before your order ships. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made, but we'll work with you to find the best solution if your package is returned to us.
5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Every Drivly order ships with full USPS tracking for your complete peace of mind. Simply email us at contact.drivly@gmail.com and we'll send you your tracking link directly. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
6. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Absolutely, and we go further than most. We offer a generous 60-day return policy because we stand fully behind the quality of every product we sell.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required

7. WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
Your satisfaction is non-negotiable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will make it right immediately. Here's what to do:
- Take a clear photo or short video of the item
- Email it to contact.drivly@gmail.com with a brief description
James or Sarah will personally respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction. No questions asked.
8. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed directly to your original payment method within 10 business days.
We are fully compliant with US consumer protection regulations, including the FTC Mail & Internet Order Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), so you can shop with complete confidence.
